6 week introduction to somatics mentoring
Over 6 weeks we meet 1:1 for a combination of educational, visioning, experiential and integration sessions drawing on my multiple modalities.
Suitable for those starting their somatic journey, unsure which modality may suit them and ready to start deeper inner work and processes.
For those ready and motivated to make changes, wanting to learn their stress signals and acquaint themselves with their nervous system.

One to one
Each session is tailored to the individual.
For breathwork, EFT and IFS therapy, I prefer to work with people over a series of sessions so we can work on a deeper level, integrate each session and allow you to feel confident to using these transformative tools in your daily life.
